The Gel-Cumulus 28 is a lightweight running shoe designed to offer a smooth underfoot experience. The FF BLAST™ MAX foam is one of our most energetic cushioning technologies. This material is designed to help create cloud-like landings and quick toe-off response during running. A FLUIDRIDE™ outsole material is strategically placed to provide smooth transitions between steps. An AHAR® LO material is also placed in the heel area for added traction and durability in high-wear areas.

Details:

  • FF BLAST™ MAX shock absorption. One of the most energetic midsole foams, for cloud-like softness and instant energy return with every step.
  • PureGEL technology. A softer, updated version of GEL technology that maintains all the renowned properties that have made GEL technology famous. Approximately 65% softer compared to standard GEL technology.
  • Engineered mesh upper. A lightweight, breathable mesh material that reduces the need for additional overlays.
  • FLUIDRIDE outsole. The outsole material is blended with EVA and rubber to provide comfort and traction without sacrificing durability.

  • Reflective details for enhanced reflective brightness at night and early in the morning.
  • OrthoLite X-30 insole for shock absorption performance and moisture management for a cooler and drier environment.
  • AHAR LO lower-density rubber placed in key areas of the outsole for reliable traction and grip without sacrificing durability.
  • The insole is produced with solution dyeing process that reduces water consumption by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to conventional dyeing technology.
