I have 3 L53OE bulbs and 2 L510E, generally I have several smart devices from tp-link like cameras, plugs, etc. All work flawlessly, but the bulbs have frequent disconnections from the WIFI while the others work without disconnections. In my communication with TP-LINK, they mentioned not to turn off the bulbs at all from the switch, as the switch generally turns off the bulb and the wifi. As a response, it wasn't the best given that since the day I installed them, I operate them exclusively with the app or the Google Nest Mini (it works perfectly with the nest), so as I understand it, the bulbs have disconnection issues. (at least in my case)
The bad thing now with the disconnection is that it requires reconnection from the beginning (yes, it's logical), but if you have invited other people through the app, you have to resend them the bulb permissions, which after a few times becomes tedious. Besides, if the manager is absent from the space, the bulbs simply cannot connect to the wifi unless they are reset.
In other aspects, their lighting for my tastes is not very strong; personally, I wanted something more relaxed in my living room and not light that causes a headache with its strength. The RGB for the €10 it asks for is fair.
If in future updates tp-link fixes the disconnection problem, then it will be a 5-star; for now, with a heavy heart, it's 4/5
