The Lenovo 256GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD is an internal solid-state drive designed for desktops and laptops, in M.2 2280 form factor. It provides a capacity of 256 GB, with a PCI Express 3.1 Gen3 x4 interface and NVMe 1.4 compatibility, as well as 3D TLC flash memory.

The drive uses an InnoGrit 5216 controller and offers read speeds up to 2789 MB/s with a data transfer rate of up to 8 GB/s. Its endurance is rated at 128 TBW and MTBF at 1,500,000 hours. It supports S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM, but does not include encryption firmware.

The power consumption during write operations is 2.31 W, while the operating temperature ranges from 0 to 70 °C. The product dimensions are 22 x 80 x 2.25 mm, and it weighs 10 g. This is a Lenovo SSD suitable for use in desktops and laptops, with CE and FCC certifications.
