The poetry collection History of a Present resembles the diary of an imaginary Mediterranean summer. Like the deck diary of a seafaring journey through an archipelago ruled by the sweeping winds of memory, nostalgia, desire, but also the search for a deeper self. A journey through the gaze and body of the other and through fragments of a landscape that is simultaneously ours and foreign.
