In the stormy waters of the Atlantic Ocean, a Norwegian steamship carries within it an unimaginable threat. Three weather-beaten sailors, a boatswain from Sumatra, a one-eyed Irish stoker, and a kitchen assistant from Madagascar, dare not believe their eyes when they see in the dark holds something that fills them with unspeakable terror. They don’t even consider mentioning it to the captain! The steamship anchors for repairs and resupply on a Greek island. And then, shrouded in a veil of mystery, incomprehensible events begin to occur, spreading panic! What is the cause? An alien invasion? Divine wrath? An ancient curse or perhaps something else?
