The Staub wooden rolling pin is used for rolling out dough for tarts and croissants, as well as fondant. The large roller distributes pressure evenly, while the rolling surface has a non-stick coating made of BPA-free black silicone.
It can also be used to crush nuts and garlic, grind spices, or tenderise meat. The handles have loops for hanging, and the rolling pin is hand-wash only.
