Staub products are made from very high-quality cast iron with increased resistance to scratches and chipping, are easy to clean, and have a long service life. Thanks to the materials used, the cookware retains its temperature and stays warm for a long time after being removed from the oven or hob.
- On the inside, the oven dish is equipped with a layer of black matte enamel that offers advantages in cooking techniques such as roasting or caramelizing.
- The oils (fats) used during cooking penetrate the pores of the matte enamel and create a smooth natural non-stick surface.
- On the outside, the dish has at least 2-3 layers of special enamel that ensure optimal heat distribution across the entire surface of the cookware.
- Its basic construction makes it suitable for use on all types of hobs, including induction.
This product is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
