Staub products are made of very high-quality cast iron with increased resistance to scratches and chipping. Thanks to the materials used, the cookware retains its temperature and stays warm for a long time after being removed from the oven or hob.
Features:
- Inside, the oven tray is coated with a layer of black matte enamel that offers advantages during baking and caramelization.
- The oils used during cooking penetrate the pores of the matte enamel, creating a smooth natural non-stick surface.
- Externally, the tray has at least 2-3 layers of special enamel for optimal heat distribution.
- The special base allows the utensil to be used on all types of hobs, including induction.
This product is not suitable for dishwasher cleaning.
