The HOYA FUSION ANTISTATIC NEXT filter features a new anti-static coating that creates a dynamic field around the filter, repelling dust. This characteristic makes it ideal for environments where dust is frequent, requiring less frequent cleaning and maintenance compared to traditional filters.

Additionally, the hardened, anti-static top layer is water-repellent and resistant to stains, making it easier to clean from smudges or fingerprints.

Made in Japan, the filter uses carefully mixed selected silica salts to create high-performance optical glass. HOYA applies 18 layers of Super Multi-Coating on both sides of the glass, significantly reducing or eliminating reflections on the surface and achieving an exceptionally high level of light transmission.

This means that the filter does not affect the color balance, contrast, or clarity of the final image.
