TPM 2.0 Disabled: The laptop was delivered with TPM disabled in the BIOS, resulting in Windows 11 not recognizing system compatibility and blocking all critical security updates.
Expired Windows Version (End of Service): The pre-installed version of Windows was very old, which, combined with the disabled TPM, made automatic updating via Windows Update impossible.
Driver Issues (Audio): Due to outdated software and lack of updates, there was an initial inability to recognize the speakers, which requires manual intervention and time-consuming upgrade via Installation Assistant and Dell Command Update.

Το μηχάνημα ήρθε σε καλή κατάσταση και με τα αναμενόμενα χαρακτηριστικά (32GB RAM και οθόνη αφής) πλην της υγείας της μπαταρίας όπου για grade A θα έπρεπε να είναι άνω του 80% και είναι μόλις 57% !!
Προβλήματα κατά το σετάρισμα (Σχόλια για την τεχνική προετοιμασία):
Απενεργοποιημένο TPM 2.0: Το laptop παραδόθηκε με το TPM κλειστό από το BIOS, με αποτέλεσμα τα Windows 11 να μην αναγνωρίζουν τη συμβατότητα του συστήματος και να μπλοκάρουν όλα τα κρίσιμα updates ασφαλείας.
Ληγμένη έκδοση Windows (End of Service): Η προεγκατεστημένη έκδοση των Windows ήταν πολύ παλιά, γεγονός που σε συνδυασμό με το κλειστό TPM, καθιστούσε αδύνατη την αυτόματη ενημέρωση μέσω Windows Update.
Θέματα Drivers (Ήχος): Λόγω της παλαιότητας του λογισμικού και της έλλειψης ενημερώσεων, υπήρξε αρχική αδυναμία αναγνώρισης των ηχείων, κάτι που απαιτεί χειροκίνητη παρέμβαση και χρονοβόρα αναβάθμιση μέσω Installation Assistant και dell command update

Excellent machine, excellent value. First class refurb with top specs as advertised. Happily handles 15+ tabs, very good screen resolution. Touchscreen!! GR keyboard. Light & easy to carry around. Have been using it for work (translating) etc. for about a month now and am very happy.

Very great value for money, it works really good. The only problem I had was that there were no windows in it and I had to install them myself, idk if it was a mistake, but if someone doesn’t know how to do it it would be a problem and would cost them money. Except this issue everything is great, I’m very very satisfied.

It's worth the money and then some, guys. I've had it for a month already and its performance is amazing. It also has a SIM card slot! Nice plot twist that it connects directly to the internet with its own SIM too. It's touch and very convenient. The build quality is very good. Honestly, it doesn't differ at all from a brand-new laptop. And with this processor and memory, it can handle most heavy tasks with relative ease. 5/5.
Αξίζει παιδιά τα λεφτά του με το παραπάνω. Το έχω ήδη ένα μήνα και οι επιδόσεις του ειναι καταπληκτικές. Επίσης έχει και κάρτα για sim! Ωραίο plot twist που συνδέεται απευθείας κ με δικιά του sim στο ίντερνετ. Είναι touch και πολυ βολικό. Η κατασκευή του πολύ ποιοτική. Δε διαφέρει σε τίποτα από ένα καινούργιο λάπτοπ ειλικρινά. Και με αυτό τον επεξεργαστή και τη μνήμη μπορεί να βγάλει τις περισσότερες βαριές δουλειές με σχετική ευκολία. 5/5.
very good choice. i7 11th generation with 32 gb memory. fast and sufficient for at least the next 5 years for the work I need it for. the battery will need to be replaced by the end of the year as it is at 75%. a new genuine one costs about 125 euros, imitation from temu 37. prospective buyers should keep this in mind. as it is a purely professional machine for heavy work.
πολυ καλη επιλογη. ι7 11 ης γεννιας με 32 go μνημη. γρηγορο και επαρκες για τα επομενα 5 χρονια τουλαχιστον για την δουλεια που τι θελω. η μπαταρια θα χρειαστει αλλαγμα μεχρι τελους του ετους καθωτι στο 75% καινουρια γνησια περιπου 125 ευρω ιμιτασιον απο τεμου 37. ας το εχπυν υποψην τους αυτο οι υποψηφιοι αγοραστες. καθοτι καθαρα επαγλματικο μηχανημα για βαριες δουλειες.
I bought the Dell Latitude 7420 (i7 vPro, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD) from MG Manager and my impressions are excellent, despite some minor discrepancies that ultimately worked in my favor.
Hardware & Upgrade: While the model was listed on Skroutz without a touchscreen, I received the version with a Touchscreen. This was a huge upgrade I did not expect. The laptop is sturdy, with a top-notch keyboard and an instantaneous fingerprint reader.
Battery: The battery health came at 69%. On a refurbished machine, some wear is expected, but given the free upgrade to the touchscreen and the impeccable external condition, I consider it a fair compromise. With proper management, it easily lasts the hours I need.
Important Tip for noise: Don’t be alarmed during the first setup! The fan literally sounds like a jet engine. To make the machine silent, you must:
Download Dell Command | Update to install the latest BIOS and drivers.
Open Dell Power Management and select the 'Quiet' or 'Optimized' profile.
After these steps, the laptop becomes silent and the performance of the i7 with 32GB RAM is simply unbeatable.
Value for money choice for every professional or developer!
Αγόρασα το Dell Latitude 7420 (i7 vPro, 32GB RAM, 512GB SSD) από το MG Manager και οι εντυπώσεις μου είναι εξαιρετικές, παρά κάποιες μικρές αποκλίσεις που τελικά λειτούργησαν υπέρ μου.
Hardware & Upgrade: Ενώ στο Skroutz το μοντέλο αναφερόταν χωρίς οθόνη αφής, παρέλαβα την έκδοση με Touchscreen. Αυτό ήταν μια τεράστια αναβάθμιση που δεν περίμενα. Το laptop είναι στιβαρό, με κορυφαίο πληκτρολόγιο και ακαριαίο fingerprint reader.
Μπαταρία: Η υγεία της μπαταρίας ήρθε στο 69%. Σε ένα refurbished μηχάνημα είναι αναμενόμενο να υπάρχει κάποια φθορά, αλλά δεδομένου του δωρεάν upgrade στην οθόνη αφής και της άψογης εξωτερικής κατάστασης, το θεωρώ δίκαιο συμβιβασμό. Με σωστή διαχείριση βγάζει άνετα τις ώρες που χρειάζομαι.
Σημαντικό Tip για τον θόρυβο: Μην τρομάξετε στο πρώτο setup! Ο ανεμιστήρας ακούγεται κυριολεκτικά σαν κινητήρας jet. Για να γίνει αθόρυβο το μηχάνημα, πρέπει οπωσδήποτε:
Να κατεβάσετε το Dell Command | Update για να περάσετε το τελευταίο BIOS και τους drivers.
Να ανοίξετε το Dell Power Management και να επιλέξετε το profile 'Quiet' ή 'Optimized'.
Μετά από αυτά, το laptop είναι πλέον αθόρυβο και οι επιδόσεις του i7 με τα 32GB RAM απλά δεν παίζονται.

It came with the SmartCard slot broken,
~60% remaining battery capacity instead of 80+%,
it was repainted so the touchpad didn't register multi touch input and the keyboard keys didn't let the blacklight through (the original letters underneath the paint could be discerned),
no touchscreen,
no screen backlight dimming and no 360° hinge support.
If the above don't bother you though, it is a very decent laptop

Pros:
The machine arrived in good condition and with the expected features (32GB RAM and touch screen) except for the battery health, which for grade A should be above 80% but is only 57%!!
Problems during setup (Comments on technical preparation):
TPM 2.0 Disabled: The laptop was delivered with TPM disabled in the BIOS, resulting in Windows 11 not recognizing system compatibility and blocking all critical security updates.
Expired Windows Version (End of Service): The pre-installed version of Windows was very old, which, combined with the disabled TPM, made automatic updating via Windows Update impossible.
Driver Issues (Audio): Due to outdated software and lack of updates, there was an initial inability to recognize the speakers, which requires manual intervention and time-consuming upgrade via Installation Assistant and Dell Command Update.
Conclusion:
