The second revised and enriched edition of the volume "Certification of Greek Language Proficiency: New Detailed Examination Program" by the Center for the Greek Language presents this new program, as it has been shaped with the addition of two new levels, A1 (A1 for children aged 8-12, and A1 for teenagers and adults) and C2, and the renaming of the four old levels A, B, C, D (P.D. 60/30-6-2010 Official Gazette A' 98) to A2, B1, B2, and C1 respectively. Additionally, apart from addressing the gaps and deficiencies identified in the previous edition, it aims to adapt the linguistic objectives of each level to the age and motivations of the candidates for general purposes.
