Application Instructions:
- Apply to the eyes (eyelid and crease) with the 239 brush, using tapping motions to build color and add intensity to the makeup.
- For an even more intense result, use as a base the Prep + Prime 24 Hour Extend Eye Base.
- Apply to the eyes with the 217 brush using circular motions to evenly distribute the color.
