After reading the 155 reviews, I decided to buy this washing machine. The purchase was made a month ago. So far, in about 20 washes, it has torn 6 of our clothes - 3 underwear, 2 socks, and a blouse. Additionally, we haven't been able to smell the fabric softener. For some reason, it swallows it.

A technician came and checked it, confirming that there is indeed a problem. We are waiting for Samsung's response. They informed me that it will probably be repaired instead of replaced, which is the usual procedure in such cases due to company policy.

However, I'm not sure if I want to take the risk again and lose more clothes in the process, so I will act accordingly based on the company's response.

It's a shame because it replaced an AEG washing machine that served us well for 10 years, considering that we live in an area with hard water due to minerals.

It would be better if we left a review after using the product and forming an opinion. Why should I leave a review for a product I've only used for a month? I'm referring to most of the reviews this product had.

It's a pity for Samsung, they should stick to making televisions.

Update:
The drum, rubber seal, and detergent dispenser were all replaced. The problem regarding clothes tearing has been resolved, but not the issue with the fabric softener and smell. Unfortunately, it still swallows it for some reason, no matter what fabric softener we use. I'm tired of it, I won't deal with it anymore, we'll wash our clothes without fabric softener from now on.

I will stick to my initial comment that every company should produce a specific product if they do it well, so next time, Samsung, stick to making televisions.

Update 2:
After the repair, within two weeks, it started tearing clothes again. Mostly socks and underwear. Also, a short-sleeved shirt. Additionally, it makes a lot of noise in programs with high speeds, as if the drum wants to jump out of the machine.

I contacted the company's service again and informed them that I want a replacement. It's the company's policy not to proceed with replacements, only repairs. They told me that if I want a replacement, I should contact the store where I bought it. I contacted the store, and after much pressure, they informed me that they will proceed with a replacement, sending a new washing machine and taking the old one. However, I need to make a relevant request through Scroutz.

I made the request and also contacted Scroutz's customer service. They informed me that they will come to pick up the washing machine, but they won't bring a new one. Instead, they will inspect the old one with their specialists. I am in Peloponnese, and the washing machine needs to be sent to Thessaloniki. In the meantime, I asked them how I will wash my clothes and that the communication with the store was different. In the end, I refused to let anyone pick up the washing machine unless they bring a new one.

So far, due to the holidays, the situation remains stagnant. It's a shame for such a reputable company to have such a policy. I will never buy a similar product, not even a television.

Update 3:
The store where I bought it (Thesgadget) did not help me at all in this matter. They were rude and provocative without me understanding the reason at first, but I understood it later after reading a relevant review. They were rude and did not help me regarding the replacement because this particular model is not intended for the Greek market and the company does not cover it in case of continuous damage with replacement only in continuous repairs. This was informed to me by the official service of the company yesterday via email. The only ones trying to help me in this matter are the team of Skroutz who really try to find a solution with daily communication. However, a solution has not yet been found and I continue to lose or tear something in every 2nd or 3rd wash as I have no other device to operate. Shame on the company and the store, that's it. Better to buy from big chains, at least there you are covered.

I have had this phone for over a year now and I believe I am now able to evaluate it. I have been an Android user for years. I mainly use it for professional purposes, but also for social activities. The only difficulty I had was transitioning from Android. As soon as I learned how to use it, I wondered why I didn't have it earlier. After a year of use, I have only had to restart it twice, and that was for updates, so basically never. I had to restart my Android twice in one week... The battery is still at 99% after a year, if you know how to charge it properly, it lasts that long. It is fast in everything, applications, web pages, everything. The camera takes amazing photos and videos. In short, in order to talk about a product, we should also know how it works. I see comments about the battery, the camera, and photos, and I think they are talking about a different phone. I am already waiting for the 15 pro as I will give it to my wife. Personally, for the use I needed it for (professional), it served me well. If you want a phone for gaming or other uses that drain the battery in half an hour and charge in a quarter, it's better to look elsewhere. It is generally good to know what we are asking for and for what reason. I will never go back to Android.

I have had it for three whole years in my possession. I am an engineer and I wear it constantly and daily.

I have put it in oils, in petrol, in water, in soil, in whatever you can imagine. It has taken hits, squeezes, and any other abuse a watch can generally suffer.

In short, it is a tough cookie.

Perfect microphone and speaker as I can hear and be heard even when I'm driving my scooter.

But at the same time, I work out. That's where I have an issue with the measurements. They are not 100% accurate. When I recently had an ECG, it also measured my pulse and the deviation was 10%. Also, when my hand sweats during exercise, it loses the measurement completely. It shows that I am walking when I am actually running. That's why it gets 4 stars.

But with the money I paid for it (124€), I couldn't ask for it to do the job of a 500€ Garmin.

For everyday hard use and simple functions, it is the best on the market. Even now that the 3 has come out.

It needs the health app and only to function properly. I work it with an iPhone 14 pro.
