Vitex Vitacryl elastomeric acrylic waterproofing coating is designed for waterproofing rooftops and is applied as a liquid coating. It adheres to concrete, brick and metal surfaces, while remaining elastic at temperatures from -30 °C to 100 °C. It is resistant to weather conditions, ultraviolet radiation and temperature fluctuations.
It has been certified by the Department of Physics of the University of Athens as a cool roof coating material. Its initial total solar reflectance is SR 0.84 (300–2500 nm), its infrared emissivity is ε 0.89, and its solar reflectance index is SRI 106. Apply in two cross coats, allowing at least 24 hours between coats; dilute the first coat with 5–10% water and apply the second coat undiluted. Do not apply at temperatures below 5 °C or above 35 °C, at relative humidity above 70%, or when rain or frost is expected within the next 48 hours.

- Surface preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry and smooth, with no dust or loose material. Fill gaps in the concrete and prime surfaces with Durovit diluted by 30% with Brush Thinner T 300
- Application: Apply two cross coats using a roller, brush or airless spray gun, allowing at least 24 hours between coats
- First coat dilution: 5–10% with water
- Second coat dilution: Undiluted
- Touch dry: 2–3 hours
- Recoating: After 24–48 hours
- Tool cleaning: Clean immediately after use with water and, if necessary, soap or detergent
- Precautions: Keep out of reach of children and avoid release into the environment. If swallowed, contact a poison control centre or a doctor if you feel unwell
