Vitex Vitacryl elastomeric acrylic waterproofing coating is intended for waterproofing flat roofs and can be applied to roof tiles. It adheres well to concrete, brick, wood and metal, while remaining elastic at temperatures from –30 °C to 100 °C. It is certified as a cool roof coating, with an initial total solar reflectance (SR) of 0.84, an infrared emittance of 0.89 and an SRI of 106.
Apply in two cross coats, allowing at least 24 hours between coats. Dilute the first coat with 5–10% water; apply the second coat undiluted. Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
