Vitex Vitacryl is an elastomeric acrylic waterproofing coating for flat roofs and roof tiles, with adhesion to building surfaces such as brick, metal and concrete. It remains elastic at temperatures from −30 °C to 100 °C and withstands ultraviolet radiation and changing weather conditions.
It is certified as a cool roof coating. Its measured properties include an initial total solar reflectance of SR 0.84, an infrared emissivity of 0.89 and a solar reflectance index of SRI 106. Apply in two crosswise coats using a roller, brush or airless spray gun.
