The theatrical texts included are:
- Federico García Lorca: "Short Theatre"
- Cesare Pavese: "The Argonauts"
- Paolo Puppa: "Castello, Campo della Bràgora"
This book features selected small theatrical texts by three significant European writers: the quirky and refreshing trilogy that makes up Lorca’s "Short Theatre;" a dialogue inspired by Greek mythology by Cesare Pavese; and a Venetian dramatic monologue by Paolo Puppa.
The translated texts are accompanied by necessary explanatory notes, a commentary on the work, and a brief biography of the authors Pavese and Puppa. It was deemed unnecessary to include a biography of Lorca, a writer well-known to the Greek public.
