The Vitex Hyroof Hybrid PU elastomeric acrylic waterproofing coating forms a seamless, elastic, waterproof membrane for roof terraces. Its water-based acrylic polyurethane formulation has low water absorption and covers microcracks and hairline cracks. It is ready to use, odourless and can be applied without dilution.
It adheres to roofing substrates such as concrete and bituminous membranes, and resists UV radiation and thermal ageing. Its cool-material certification includes 93% reflectance in the visible spectrum and a solar reflectance index (SRI) of 111.
