The elastomeric acrylic polyurethane waterproofing coating Vitex Hyroof Hybrid PU forms a flexible, seamless membrane for waterproofing rooftops. It has low water absorption and covers microcracks and hairline cracks, while its surface hardness helps maintain its whiteness and heat-reflective properties. It is ready to use and applied undiluted.
Apply two crosswise coats using a roller, paintbrush, brush, trowel or airless spray gun, to clean, dry and smooth surfaces. For waterproofing, a consumption rate of at least 1 L/m² is required. To provide protection and durability of up to 10 years, reinforcement with 50–100 g/m² polyester fabric is recommended. It is touch-dry in 2–3 hours and can be recoated after 16–24 hours.
