Matcha tea is a traditional, Japanese green tea of superb quality, originating from the Uji area in the Kyoto region. The fresh leaves are shaded with special tarpaulins and protected from sunlight, resulting in higher levels of chlorophyll and L-theanine.

It is rich in catechins, carotenoids, and vitamins A, B, and C, with 137 times more antioxidants than a regular green tea, as the entire leaf is consumed. The caffeine content is just 30mg per cup.

The amino acid L-theanine it contains contributes to increased concentration, energy, and metabolism, while helping to combat fatigue.

Composition: 100% organic Matcha green tea powder.

Preparation method:

  • TRADITIONAL:
    • In a matcha bowl (matchawan), place 1 tablespoon of Matcha tea.
    • Add 150ml of water at a temperature of 75-80°C.
    • Whisk with a chasen until frothy.
  • GLASS SHAKER:
    • Place Matcha tea in the inner filter.
    • Add your desired liquid: water, juice, milk, etc.
    • Shake, and it's ready!
