High-quality organic Matcha tea, with a strong green tea flavor and prolonged astringency. It has a more intense and bitter taste compared to higher grade Matcha teas. It is a perfect choice for green tea lovers and an ideal ingredient for smoothies, ice creams, and baking.

This tea is harvested during the 2nd and 3rd harvest from tea plants that are specifically shaded from direct sunlight, resulting in higher chlorophyll and L-Theanine content. It features a richer, greener color. The fresh leaves are collected, dried, and ground into powder.

It is grown in the Uji region of Kyoto Prefecture, known for producing very high-quality green tea for over 800 years. The Uji region is renowned for the exceptional quality of its products.
