This collective work takes as its reference point the proceedings of the Scientific Conference entitled "Education of Educators: Challenges and Perspectives in a Changing World", organized by the Department of Primary Education of the University of the Aegean, on June 23 and 24, 2018, in Rhodes.

The aim of the conference was to address issues that touch upon both broader and specific dimensions of contemporary educational discourse regarding the education of educators, which are expected to contribute to the emergence of reflection and discussion on these issues. These, in turn, will lead through introspection and critical reflection to a deeper analysis, reexamination, and possibly redesign of general as well as specific/particular dimensions/aspects and issues of education, and to the fulfillment of the goal of improving its quality.

The interesting conclusions that emerge from the texts of this volume are grouped around the two axes of the conference:
- The discourse on quality in the education of educators: Positions and counterarguments
- Study Programs: Dialogue on existing models and practices

This volume is addressed to undergraduate and postgraduate students of pedagogical programs, academics and researchers in the field, educators at all levels, as well as those who wish to participate in the scientific dialogue on improving the quality of education of educators in Greece.
