Vivechrom Vivecryl Primer is a water-based silicone acrylic primer suitable for porous masonry substrates and exterior surfaces. It waterproofs and strengthens plaster, concrete, brick, stone and old paint, while allowing the surface to breathe. It can be used as a primer for silicone, elastomeric and acrylic paints, waterproofing products, cement paints and RELIEF.
It is water-repellent, highly breathable, and offers strong adhesion and deep penetration. It limits the migration of salts into the topcoat and rising damp from the ground, and is resistant to alkaline substrates. Its slightly yellow tint makes it easier to see whether the entire surface has been primed.
