Vitex Durovit clear solvent-based acrylic primer penetrates porous surfaces such as plasterboard, plaster, exposed concrete and brick, as well as surfaces painted with limewash or glue-based paint. It waterproofs and stabilises water-painted surfaces while allowing them to “breathe”. It is intended for interior surfaces and for use as a primer before applying water-based paints, such as emulsion and acrylic paints.
Apply one coat using a roller, brush or airless spray gun, after stirring thoroughly. Surfaces must be clean, dry and smooth, free of dust, mould residue and loose material. Touch-dry in 1 hour; recoatable after 4–6 hours. Clean tools with T 300 Brush Thinner, then with soap or detergent.
