It is my first stainless steel pan. Excited with the control I have over cooking, the things I can make with it, and the result. One of the best purchases I have made.

I have had it for almost two years. It heats up easily and becomes non-stick when it reaches the right temperature. I also bought its lid and use it as a pot since it is quite deep. The exterior scratches very easily. Unfortunately, its bottom warped, which I did not expect since it was neither exposed to high temperatures nor used roughly.

Today I was informed by the store where I bought it (kokken) that although the company believes the bottom warped due to misuse, they will replace the cookware for me. Obviously, apart from quality, you also pay for the reliability of the importer and the sellers.

Very good! Attention....all these pans ALWAYS need to be preheated properly to be truly non-stick. Otherwise, if you place the food directly, the result (in terms of non-stick) will be disappointing. An easy test is with a few drops of water....if they "sizzle" together, it means they are not ready yet....once the drops essentially become one...then you are okay to put the food in and see impressive results.

It is an awesome pan and a bit heavy, which is logical considering its quality, even though it is the company's budget option with the three-layer bottom. It heats up quickly and retains temperature due to its good bottom. When the non-stick coating wears off, you can send it to the company and they will apply a new coating for 1/3 of the price, and it will be like new again since the metal will never break.
