You get it and you have peace of mind for the simple situations it is intended for. I put it in place of a professional model (albeit old) Cisco that I had, and it is more efficient and quieter.

It connected and has been working without problems for 2 months now. If someone wants more than 4 additional ports, it is perhaps the best and most economical simple solution (i.e., unmanaged).

Easy installation and high performance. It's been almost a month and so far I have no complaints.

Ideal switch for small businesses. Resistant to voltage drops and power outages. I haven't seen failures in any I've installed, whether 5-8 or 16 ports.

Replaced a pre-war router. I connected the cables and didn't need to do anything else. Literally plug and play. One of its advantages is the metal construction.

For its price, it does its job just fine. It also has a light that blinks if something goes wrong, but without management, you have to sniff your nails to figure out what's happening

Very good switch for its price! It does its job perfectly, I use it for servers. Everyone has constant connection and they don't disconnect.

5 stars even though I have it for a short period of time, it hasn't disconnected or frozen at all. I have connected it to my PS5, Nova box, Cosmote tv box, Android box and it provides the same speed as my connection (200mbps). Its construction is metallic and it looks very sturdy compared to some other completely plastic ones in the same price category.

I have no complaints. All 5 connected devices received an IP address immediately and since then everything has been functioning without any problems. I have tested the speed (using iperf) between 4 devices simultaneously and both were plugged in at 1gbps (total throughput 2gbps). And it's very important that it doesn't heat up.

I have had this product for a few weeks. It has no issues in its functionality.
I have measured the file transfer speed from PC to PC with this switch in between, and indeed the speed was 1 Gbps.
Keep in mind that this specific product is plug&play and does not have any routing or management capabilities.
If you search for it on the tp-link website, it is possible that it will show you its sibling, the SG108E, which has many features

Having purchased the v1 of the same model, this version falls short in that it lacks an LED for the speed at which each port locks.

Very good, the speed is the one it claims, it doesn't heat up, I run it 24/7 without restarts

We have been using it in our business for a long time. It works very well. The only thing that bothers me is that the printer takes a long time to receive the data for printing (although I believe it is a matter of the Print service and not the switch).
Edit: It turned out that it was the print service that was delaying the prints.

Very sturdy construction! It worked immediately and resolved a bunch of conflicts that the old one, which burned a few days ago, was causing. I am quite satisfied. And of course, with the frame as well.

It's great. Durable, stable, doesn't freeze, doesn't have any issues. Very good for its price.
