Real Filament PLA filament with a diameter of 2.85 mm is designed for 3D printing and manufactured in the Netherlands. Its consistent diameter helps ensure smooth printing, while PLA is easy to work with and suitable for both beginners and more experienced users. It is used for prints such as prototypes and decorative objects.
PLA is a biodegradable thermoplastic material. The printing temperature ranges from 195 to 205 °C, depending on the printer’s hotend characteristics, while darker shades may require a few extra degrees. You can print on an unheated surface using Blue Painter’s tape or Kapton tape, or on a glass surface with 3DLAC spray. A bed temperature of 50–60 °C reduces the risk of warping and makes it easier to remove the printed object once the surface has cooled.
