Preparation: The following process is recommended: Allow the fondant to come to room temperature. Knead the fondant well until it becomes smooth and elastic. Lightly dust the work surface with powdered sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin into an even sheet (2-3 mm thick). Rotate the fondant a quarter turn to prevent sticking. If small cracks appear at the edges when unrolling, knead again until the edges become smooth. Then, the fondant is ready for use.
