The Ruby Red fondant has a brown-red color and a delightful vanilla flavor. It is ideal for covering cakes and for cutting shapes. Before using, knead the fondant well and spread a thin layer of powdered sugar.
The fondant can also be used for modeling or for creating different shapes and designs. It is suitable for coloring with food dyes. It is recommended to let the fondant rest for one hour after coloring (covered) for better results. Before further processing, knead the fondant again.
To cover a round cake with a diameter of 20 cm, approximately 500 grams of fondant are required.

Storage: Keep in a dry, dark place at 15°C – 20°C.
Preparation: Let the fondant come to room temperature. Knead well until smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll the fondant evenly with a rolling pin (thickness 2-3 mm). Turn the fondant a quarter turn to prevent sticking. If there are small cracks on the edges when unrolling, knead again until the edges are smooth. Then the fondant is ready to use.
