The Pastel Blue fondant has a beautiful light blue color and a wonderful vanilla flavor. It is ideal for covering a cake and cutting out shapes. Knead well before use and roll out in a thin layer of powdered sugar.
You can also use the fondant for modeling or creating different shapes and designs. It is suitable for coloring with food dyes. Let the fondant rest for one hour after coloring (covered) for better results. Knead the fondant again before further processing.

For best results, the following procedure is recommended: Allow the fondant to come to room temperature. Knead the fondant well until smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the fondant with a rolling pin to an even shape (2-3 mm thickness). Turn the fondant a quarter turn to prevent sticking. If small cracks are still visible on the edges when rolling out the fondant, knead firmly again until the edges are smooth. Then the fondant is ready to use.
