Ouzo Babatzim is an authentic Greek alcoholic beverage, made from anise and fennel seeds grown in Macedonia.
The production process takes place in traditional Greek copper stills, ensuring absolute quality control. The raw materials are exclusively of plant origin, such as figs, carob pods, molasses, and grains.
The distillation lasts about 18 hours with gentle boiling, and only the purest part of the distillate, the so-called "heart," is collected. Ouzo Babatzim has an alcohol content of 40% vol and retains a rich aroma and flavor thanks to the high percentage of the distillate's "heart."
In addition to anise and fennel, it also contains Chios mastic, giving it a unique character.
This product is of high quality and offers subtle taste and aromatic notes, transporting lovers of authentic Greek flavors and aromas.
