For me, this book was 3.5 stars. I liked it enough — the story flows quickly, keeps you on your toes, and is easy to read. It doesn’t drag, you don’t get lost in the world, and generally pulls you to continue. However, I felt that the ending was quite predictable. There wasn’t that "wow, I didn’t see that coming!" that would have elevated my experience.

If you enjoy fantasy with badass heroines, doses of romance, and dangerous alliances, it’s definitely a book that will keep you engaged.

This is the first book in the series that has been translated into Greek, and we are soon expecting the second one.
