  • This review is about the book: Book: 1.5, Six Flaming Roses

The book has a very nice story but it seems poorly written. I don't know, maybe it's also the translation's fault, which is bad. It's as if it was translated by a primary school child. Overall, it is carelessly edited.
Also, the story ends somewhat abruptly for the couple. It could have continued when they went to the vampire's country, now that both of them are vampires.
Also, something that struck me as odd and that I have never heard before in vampire myths is that there are two types: vampires who are born through biological reproduction and the transformation of a human into a vampire.
As is well known, vampires come from humans and are transformed when they are at the threshold of life and death by a vampire, of course.
    I will not elaborate further...
    Below average in my opinion.

  • This review is about the book: 2: The Ashes and the Cursed King

Amazing book and a wonderful sequel to the first one! It keeps you constantly on edge and you don't want to put it down. A small complaint is that I would have liked a bit more continuation with the couple, I think it ended early. But still, it is one of the best duologies I have read

This review is about the book: 2: The Ashes and the Cursed King

I can't say that the book was for me. Although I found the subject interesting and the writing had nice moments, I struggled to connect with the story—perhaps because I hadn't read the first book in the series. I often felt confused and couldn't fully immerse myself in the world the author has built. Nevertheless, I understand why it might excite those who love the genre and have followed the series from the beginning.
