This edition is dedicated to the memory of Georgios Ch. Panagiotopoulos (1944-2020), who was one of the most important judges of his generation and served as President of the Council of State. In recognition of his significant, invaluable, and long-standing contribution to Justice, legal science, and Greek society, the response and tribute from colleagues, collaborators, and friends are profound. This edition includes 105 studies by academics, judges, university professors, and scientists from various fields with whom he collaborated, as well as his friends, who honor his memory with their studies.

The studies are presented in alphabetical order by the authors' names. Honoris causa, the contributions of the former President of the Hellenic Republic, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos, Honorary Professor of the University of Athens, the former Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister Mr. Panagiotis Pikrammenos, and the former Deputy Prime Minister and Minister Mr. Evangelos Venizelos, Professor of the Law School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, precede.
