The Teddy Bear Brown sugar paste has a beautiful light brown color and a wonderful vanilla flavor. Ideal for covering a cake and cutting shapes.

• Storage: Keep in a dry, dark place, 15°C – 20°C.

For the best result, the following procedure is recommended: Let the sugar paste come to room temperature. Knead the sugar paste well until smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with a little powdered sugar and roll out the sugar paste with a rolling pin into a uniform shape (thickness 2-3 mm). Turn the sugar paste by a quarter to prevent sticking. If there are still small visible cracks on the edges when unrolled, knead again until the edges become smooth. Then, the sugar paste is ready for use.
