Academics and independent researchers from Greece, the UK, and the USA presented new positions and views on the scientific research regarding the historical basis of various religious beliefs and personalities at the 1st Nationwide Conference on Mythicism. Their presentations addressed issues such as the relationship of Jesus to pre-Christian solar cults, the Mythicist exploration of iconographic types, doctrines, and customs, the significance of mythical thinking, and the extensions of ancient Greek cosmology in Christianity, as well as contemporary international trends in the Mythicist movement. These original talks are presented in this volume in a complete form, along with additional informative material and photographs.
