The POSDEP believes that there must be substantial changes in the content and processes of compulsory education, as well as in high school. These changes pertain to both the content/internal school life (internal reform) and the structure, meaning the organization and administration of the school units (external reform).
We must emphasize that in any attempt at change, the what, the how, and the why must be clearly defined from the outset. The what refers to the purposes and objectives of the proposed change and to the way the relevant decision is made.
The how refers to the process of implementing the change. The why refers to the purpose it serves and the causes of its success or failure.
Here we attempt to provide answers to the questions regarding the appropriateness of the measures proposed/taken as well as the causes of the success or failure of the reform. For this purpose, during the implementation, a system for evaluating the results is needed.
