The Mellow Yellow fondant has a beautiful bright yellow color and a wonderful vanilla flavor. It is perfect for covering a cake and cutting shapes.

• Content: 250 grams
• Storage: Keep in a dry, dark place, 15°C – 20°C

Preparation instructions: The following procedure is recommended:

• Let the fondant come to room temperature.
• Knead the fondant well until it becomes smooth and elastic.
• Sprinkle the work surface with a little powdered sugar.
• Roll out the fondant with a rolling pin into an even shape (thickness 2-3 mm).
• Turn the fondant a quarter turn to prevent sticking.
• If you notice small cracks on the edges, knead again until smooth.

The fondant is ready for use.
