The Bright White fondant has a wonderful vanilla flavor and is suitable for covering cakes or cutting shapes. It is recommended to knead well before use and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar. Ideal for modeling and creating different shapes and designs. It is also suitable for coloring with food dyes. Let it rest for one hour after coloring (covered) for better results. Knead the fondant again before further processing.
The content is 250 grams. It is recommended to store in a dry and dark place at a temperature of 15°C – 20°C.
For the best result, follow the procedure below: let the fondant come to room temperature. Knead well until smooth and elastic. Sprinkle the work surface with powdered sugar and roll the fondant with a rolling pin to an even thickness (2-3 mm). Turn the fondant a quarter turn to prevent sticking. If you notice cracks on the edges when unrolling, knead again until smooth. This way, the fondant is ready for use.
