The Pastel Yellow fondant has a light yellow color and vanilla scent. It is suitable for covering cakes and cutting shapes.

For preparation, it is recommended to bring the fondant to room temperature and knead it well until it becomes smooth and elastic. Dust the work surface with powdered sugar and roll out the fondant to an even thickness of 2-3 mm, turning it a quarter turn to prevent sticking. Knead again if small cracks appear at the edges until smooth.

The fondant is also suitable for coloring with food coloring, allowing it to rest for one hour after coloring for better results.

To cover a 20 cm round cake, approximately 500 grams of fondant will be needed.
